    public @interface IncompatibleModifiers
    Annotation declaring that the target annotation is incompatible with any one of the provided modifiers. For example, an annotation declared as:
     @IncompatibleModifiers(modifier = Modifier.PUBLIC)
     @interface MyAnnotation {}
     

    will be considered illegal when used as:

     @MyAnnotation public void foo() {}
